How we work
A short call or written exchange where we work out what you are actually trying to achieve, who it is for, and what already exists. Free, and there is no obligation to continue.
You receive a written proposal listing every screen, feature and integration, the delivery date, the price in rupees, and what is explicitly not included. Work begins once you approve it and pay the booking amount.
You get a live preview link from week one and an update at the end of every sprint. Feedback rounds are built into the schedule, so changes happen while they are still cheap to make.
We deploy to your domain, hand over every credential and the full source code, and walk your team through it on a recorded call. Thirty days of support are included after that.

Pricing
These are starting prices for the most common shapes of project. Anything larger or unusual gets a custom quote, still fixed and still written down before we start.
Updates, monitoring, backups and up to four hours of small changes every month. Cancel any time with 15 days notice.
For audits, troubleshooting, and advice on an existing build. Billed in blocks of five hours, used whenever you need them.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the final amount payable. Infinity Intelligence is not registered under GST, so no tax is added on top of the quoted price. Projects begin with a 40 percent booking amount, with the balance split across delivery milestones. Payments are accepted by UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and by bank transfer for larger engagements. Domain, hosting, and any third party software or model usage fees are billed at actual cost and are not included above. Questions
A five page website is usually live in 7 to 10 working days. A website with an AI assistant takes 3 to 4 weeks. Custom applications run 6 to 8 weeks or longer depending on scope. The exact date goes into your written proposal before you pay anything, and if a date is at risk we tell you as soon as we know rather than on the deadline.
Projects start with a 40 percent booking amount. The rest is split across agreed delivery milestones, with the final instalment due before we deploy to your live domain. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and bank transfer for larger engagements. A dated invoice with a unique number is issued for every payment received.
If you cancel before design work starts, the booking amount is refunded in full minus any payment gateway charges. After that, refunds are calculated on the work already completed and are set out in detail in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
You do, once the final invoice is paid. We hand over the complete source code, design files and every credential. We keep no lock in and charge nothing to release your own project. Any third party libraries stay under their own open source licences.
Yes. Most of the work happens over email, shared documents and scheduled calls, so location is rarely a problem. International clients are invoiced in INR unless another currency is agreed in writing before the project starts.
Thirty days of support are included with every project, covering bugs and anything that does not work as described in the scope. After that you can either move to a monthly care plan or simply come back when you need something. There is no forced retainer.
Your content, logo and brand assets if you have them, access to your domain, and one person who can approve decisions. If your content is not ready we can work from a structure and swap in the real text later, though that usually adds a few days.

Everything we sell is a professional service delivered digitally, so there is nothing to ship and no delivery charge on any invoice.
The studio operates as an unregistered business in India. It is not registered under GST, so the price you are quoted is the final amount payable with no tax added on top.
Online payments are collected through Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Card and banking details are entered on the gateway and are never seen or stored by us. Bank transfer is available for larger engagements.
